Springboard Media no longer has a retail storefront. Though we continue to serve clients in our community through our offerings in Springboard Automation and Education. We are here to help! We still have access to the past several years of transaction history and can provide you with your receipt to assist in Warranty or Insurance matters.

Of course! SpringGuard is backed by a company called Safeware. To file a claim visit this website from here you can find a local repair shop or arrange to have a box sent to you to go out to an Apple Repair Center.
